At Nanoleaf, we want to ensure your space is perfectly illuminated; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the smart lighting items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Nanoleaf panels and controllers in their original box, ensuring all mounting tape and power supplies are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
