Do I need a separate hub to control my Nanoleaf lights?
No, most Nanoleaf products connect directly via Wi-Fi or Thread. However, using a Thread Border Router like the Nanoleaf Shapes Controller or an Apple HomePod mini will significantly improve speed and reliability.
What is your return policy for opened products?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Are Nanoleaf light panels compatible with voice assistants?
